Holistic Life & Wellbeing Package

✓ We will meet once per week or bi-weekly over 3 - 6 months via Zoom or the phone.

✓ You can access me between sessions through WhatsApp or another secure platform.

✓ You may receive evidence-based, customized assignments, worksheets, and practices including Values in Action (VIA) Characters Strength Survey and/or the Positive Intelligence Sabotueur Assessment.

✓ You will be invited to practice mind-body practices that support emotional well-being. 

 ✓ The highly recommended Journal-Based Coaching option offers a new weekly prompt and daily journaling on a secure platform. I provide ongoing coaching to deepen and expand your growth.

What is the “Messy Middle?”

 

You are in the "Messy Middle" if you are typically between the ages of 35 and 60 and are likely:

  • Balancing a demanding career while nurturing a marriage, relationship or seeking a new one.

  • Engaged in raising kids or supporting adult children’s transition to independence.

  • Committed to meaningful community responsibilities.

  • Caring for aging parents and navigating the complexities of this role.
